How does Jessica Biel stays in shape?
Jessica’s serious about fitness- it’s helped her land some of the hottest roles at the box offices. She relies on her personal trainer to come up with rigorous routines and a keep her on a “clean” diet (she eats mostly unprocessed foods). Her exercise routine combines cardio, core, weight training, and stretching components to keep her on her toes.
